You can configure your email client of choice for example Outlook 2007 on this system to receive your Yahoo mail directly in to your inbox.
Then if you want to every now and then visit the page to see what is in your Spam folder you can but for daily needs you can get your mail the same as if it were any other email service, GMail, com cast, road runner ETC. I have been using it for over 3 years already for a secondary account and eventually it will probably become my main address if at such time I ever go out of the web site business.
