Hi

You can do a JAWS repair from the downloaded installation file, or from the 
software cd.  To do this, in the run dialog, or a command prompt, type the path 
to the installation file, followed by the file name including the
.exe followed by a space followed by a slash then the word type filename by a 
space followed by the word repair.

C:\diskdrive\folderName\j14.0.4004-64bit.exe /type repair

It sounds like you may need to call FS.  I think at one time you could do a 
repair without the CD but not now, though as I said before, I could be wrong.
