Siobhan,

Are you referring to the AddItUp area of Bank of America, or the Cashback Rewards area of their site?

If you go to the AddItUp area, you need to find the area for cashback deals you want i.e. either by product type or by retailer; you then click on the Shop button and you may need to fill out the info i.e. your email address and that you read their Terms and Conditions.

After that, oddly, I couldn't click on the Go To Retailer button using Jaws forms mode. I actually had to left-click the button after doing convenient OCR on it. Then, I was taken to the retailers site; I looked at Footlocker because they had an 8% cashback deal.

If you are looking at a different area of the BofA site, let me know and I'll see if I can figure out anything.

Steve

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Bank of America world points mall, accessibility

Hi all. I've come across something which really frustrates me and I don't know how to get anything done regarding this. I have a credit card that when purchases are made though this site, bonus points accumulate and you get more faster. Unfortunately when I click on any store in their, be it Staples, or Dell or anything, when the page comes up where I can be linked to their site to purchase anything i hear retailer.htm. No matter what screen reader I use, this always comes up. I'm guessing, that the links just need a proper label to be able to be clicked on. first is there anyone else on this list who uses a Bank of America world points credit card, and second but more importantly, is there anyone who can help me write to the corporation to at least try to tellt hem what's going on? No matter how i try to explain it, no one seems to understand. Just a hsot in the dark, thanks for reading. If I've asked before, I'm sorry but I don't think I ever brought this up.
Sincerely,
Siobhan
