Hello,
I wote FS Technical Support, like some of you suggested.
They told me to do repair to see if it worked by saving the Jaw® in C. When I 
tried to save it, I got a message saying, C:\jaws14.0.4004—64bit.exe A required 
privilige is held by the client. 
I googled this message and tried two things. Firste I aded ‘everyone’ in the 
security tab in the C drive property and checked the ‘allow full control’. 
Second, I uninstalled Jaws and installed it again, using the option ‘run a 
administrator’; None of these worked.
Does any one have more ideas?
