Hello,
These instructions will be for Office 2007 and 2010. Once you open the
spreadsheet do this:
1. Press the alt key to move focus to the file button.
2. Press control + tab and this will land you on a kinda tool bar of
some sort.(I am not exactly sure what it is called)
3. Once here press the tab key and you should hear enable editing.
4. Once on the enable edit button press the space bar(do not hit the
enter key because it will do nothing).
5. Once you have enabled editing, you should be able to navigate the
spreadsheet as normal.
