Hello Annette, The way you add columns is to start in your list of messages. If one of them is selected then use CTRL with spacebar to remove the selection. Press the application key and see if you have an "add column" menu choice. I am using Outlook 2013 so it might be slightly different. If there is no Add column option use the Change View menu choice. If you have an Add Column menu item then after pressing enter key you are in the dialog box you want to be in. If you press enter on the View Settings option then find the Columns button and use spacebar. This puts focus in the same dialog box as if you use the Add Column menu choice. Tab to the Select Available Columns >From combo box and either use down arrow key or press A until you get to All Mail Items. Use tab key once to the list of available mail items and find the BCC list item. Tab to the Add button and press spacebar. Tab to the Show These Columns In This order list and select the BCC item. You can then tab to a Move Up button that can be used to move that header up in the list for when it is shown as a header. Use the Move Up and Move Down buttons after selecting BCC in the list until it is positioned where you want it. Use the OK button.

I know how to use the Alt and number combinations to see what is in the header. But having to do that on 200 messages a day would eat up a huge amount of my time every day. The search information will be useful at some point, but I don't think it will do anything for me on a daily basis. I was hoping that maybe there was some way to get JAWS to announce something about the BCC line out in the list of messages in the Inbox. I'll have to check and see if there is a way to add the BCC field as one of the columns. Does anyone know if when messages are listed in the Inbox if they are marked in a different color or have some type of flag when you are a BCC recipient? Unfortunately my system has Windows 8 and it doesn't use all the indexed areas in searches as Windows 7 does. However, try just pressing the Windows key and in the search box type BCC followed by a colon and part of your Email address as it would show in the BCC field. Use down arrow to see if you find any results. You might also try using kind:email then a space and bcc followed by a colon and followed immediately with the string of text.
