I do not know why others are having the problem but I corrected mine. Last week when trying to help my grandson with his computer I made a setting change. While on the phone with him we were checking settings. Under my privacy it was set to 60 percent. I bumped it up to 80 percent. That was last Wednesday or Thursday. So yesterday when trying to get into the bill pay we ran into the problem. When I backed privacy back to 60 percent the site now works.
