On mine the following command works although it also has a physical switch
on the front of it for turning off the wireless card.

FN f5 toggles the wireless network card

Hi friends I m using Lenovo thinkpad, which doesn't has physical key for
switching on and off the wi fi internet access. I want to know how to
switch it off in order to save the battery when I m out of wi fi access?
