Hi, We misunderstanding. My question is, if there is something for example add new scripts, new function, and Freedom will release this as a main version or as a part of the released version. Or it is up to them, that they are so nice, release many versions resp. subversion's included in versions 14.?

You won't use an SMA till version 15. All the minor updates within a single
version like 14.0 to 14.x are not upgrades to a higher version. HTH
