There are a couple different ways you can do this. You can add them as they email you, by shift tabbing to the from field, hitting control a, and then hit the applications key, arrow down to add to address book, hit enter, then alt s and they are saved. Or you could open the address book from within outlook by hitting control 3, hit control n for new contact, and manually add them.. You can also import an old address book from outlook express, or download a cvs file from the net from gmail or hotmail and import them.
