Hi

I can't help with making an executable file to install scripts. But to
manually compile the scripts you have, do the following.

1. Find the script files you have. One of them for each script set should
have a JSS file extension.
2. Go to the start menu, then to all programs, and then to JAWS14.
3. in the JAWS14 menu, right arrow and find explore JAWS. Then right arrow
again and find Explore my settings and press enter. If your JAWS is using
English, a folder named ENU will open. The folder will have a different
name for different languages.
4. Then for each .JSS file you have, copy all the files that have the same
name as the .JSS file with a file extension starting with j into the JAWS
user settings folder, (ENU).
5. While JAWS 14 is running, go to the JAWS user settings folder, press
enter on each of the JSS files to open it in Script Manager.
6. When the file is open, press control+s to save and compile it. Then
press alt+F4 to close the Script Manager. Then go back to the next .JSS
file you want to compile and repeat these last two steps until all the
scripts have been compiled.

Assuming you don't get any compile errors, you're ready to use the scripts
In JAWS14.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] compiling scripts or making an executible file

friends, be gentle with me on this one. I'd like to either make an
executible file of scripts I have or compile them myself in to my
jaws14 folder.
how do I do either of those?
I don't want to put them in the wrong folder.
