hi Greg, LockNote is a simple text file protected by a password, which means that you can store any info in it that you want. If you need a password to access a particular website, you simply open that LockNote file, and copy the necessary password to the clipboard. I prefer this method, so that the program is not tied to Internet Explorer and nothing is automatic. There is a lot to be said for manually entering passwords while on the internet. Another advantage of LockNote over Passkeeper, is that Passkeeper has a limit on the length of each line, and the number of lines available in each note section. I use LockNote to store log-in info for websites, software product keys, and any personal info that I don't want to be seen by prying eyes. Also as David mentioned, you can change the master password for LockNote, and not for Passkeeper. HTH, Rick Justice

I'm looking for a program to store passwords for accessing password protected websites. Will lock Note do that too? -----Original Message----- From: JAWS-Users-List [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of David Ferrin Sent: Monday, August 19, 2013 5:59 AM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: [JAWS-Users] Need an accessible password manager So far as I am aware they should all be compatible. I have been using pass keeper for a long time, but lately I have started to recommend lock note for storing passwords because it is a single file and you can change its' password if you wish. I am using windows 7 64 bit with Jaws 13. I saw several on the Jaws users email program list but not sure which one is compatible with my setup.
