Try shutting down Jaws and re start Jaws. It works here.

Hello, everyone!
I am a JAWS 14 user. I wonder why, when I use JAWS with Firefox, it
doesn't read anything when I press the arrow keys and does not respond to
quick-navigation keys, including JAWS key + F7. Only to the Tab and
Shift+Tab keys does it respond. This problem does not occur when I use
other browsers. Could you kindly tell me why this is happening and what I
should do to get JAWS to work properly? Any help would be sincerely
appreciated.
