Yes, Bharat. I was not connected to internet during the first install effort, and I did get an error message which said three files could not be installed- and JFW did not work at all- not even a little bit. I wanted to wait to connect to the internet until I had JFW and anti-virus installed first. The error message sounded like it was referring to the same files you mentioned- but since all I had was Narrator to speak what was happening, I did not get the spelling of the file names.
I have trained many students on JAWS and probably installed it hundreds of times- and this error was totally new in my experience.
