Hello, I have been using outlook express on my home computer for a few years now. Within my list of folders there is not a junk folder, therefore I have been going to Verizon.net to check my spam folder. Now Verizon must of changed something because my screen reader is not reading the list of messages at all. I'm guessing my junk folder is hidden? Does anyone know how to find it within outlook express? Or any clues on how to get to a spam folder in Verizon that will work with jaws? Any advice is appreciated!
