Hi You may have already done the following, but if not, give it a try.
Go to the JAWS Options Menu and choose Voices and then Voice Adjust. For both the Realspeak and SAPI 5 profiles do the following. Arrow up or down to the profile you want to check. Tab until you get to Voice Person and arrow up or down to see if Samantha and Tom are present. If they are, leave Voice Person set to the one you want. Then tab to the Save As button, changing anything else you want to change, and press enter. Now tab to the OK button and press enter. Also if you're going to download the files again, it's always better to save the file to your computer, and then run it to install the voice.
