Hi All,

Well, I called Microsoft Accessibility Support & they got on my computer to
see if they could resolve the updating issues I was having with the SP 1 &
SP2 updates for Office 2010 Pro Plus. What I found out is that the Pro Plus
version, which my nephew bought for me from a college bookstore, is a volume
version that has certain files missing from it. Well, these missing files
are files that need to be accessed for SP1 & SP2 Office 2010 updates to be
installed into. So in short, if I want to be able to install the updates
I'll need to buy another version of Office2010 Home & Student, Home &
Business, or Pro. Meanwhile the program is working just fine so, i'm just
going to use it as is. If anyone with a disability has problems with a
Microsoft product or needs accessibility help you can call:

Microsoft Accessibility Support, 1-800-936-5900.

These people were a great help.
Take care.
Mike
