Well sort of... In WLM, instead of CTRL shift b, you go into your list of contacts by pressing CTRL 3, access the home ribbon with alt h, tab to the category button, press spacebar, press spacebar on create new category, and first field is to name your distribution list, tab once, you will be in a list of your contacts, press spacebar on all of the contacts you want to be in the distribution list and then tab to save.
