The links are not listed as of yet on the programs main index page but if
anybody is interested here are the links for both versions of IE 9 and 10
for windows 7. Read the filename carefully to make sure you are downloading
the correct file for your system. I know somebody is making use of the site
because I monitor the usage logs for bandwidth transfers and there must have
been some major downloading this month so far. Well that's good, if the logs
didn't reflect much usage then nobody needs the page any longer.
