Hi Jim,

Go to:

http://www.adobe.com

After the page loads, use the Jaws find for, "flash",
and press enter on the link for Flash Player.
On the next page, just press the letter H, for headings until you come to,
install Flash Player.
Arrow down and you will find that the website has already identified your
operating system and browser.
Make sure to uncheck the box for installing Google Chrome, and then press
enter on the download button.
Just follow the prompts on the resulting page as the player is installed.
