In JAWS 15, this will not be necessary because of the release of Vocalizer
Expressive which is not included as part of 15. For JAWS 14, you can do this
via the speech and sounds manager to change the spoken word Cap, to a sound.
Here is the Technical Support Notice on that topic.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] How to stop Vocalizer voices from saying "capital i or
capital a"

I asked this question earlier today but didn't receive any suggestions or
answers. I'm using JAWS 14 on Vista and Windows 7 machines. The JAWS
dictionary doesn't solve this, so can anyone help?
