If you are using Jaws 11 or higher you can use research it, type in your zip code or city down arrow to weather, next to the bottom item and see very current weather.
My only problem is one weather page I use as my home page always seems to think it is clear at 5 AM while the page Research it uses usually has it right,. My experience in Scottsdale AZ is that it is the best weather solution except, it does not provide yesterday's high/low or sunrise/sunset which is why I keep my home page where it is.
