Hi Melissa,

I think accessibility & usability are getting confused here so maybe you
can't help clarify this. Do you run Trend Micro using the default settings?
If you wanted to make a change to the default settings i.e: tell the program
to allow certain cookies or ignore particular files / folders, would you
have to use the Jaws cursor to access the menues to make changes to the
default settings? This is just a couple of examples of the many
accessibility questions people are having about using the program.
HTH
Take care.

I have very little usable vision, certainly not enough to read any of the
buttons. I don't use a mouse, as I can't see the cursor. I do everything
with hotkeys and JAWS. I am running Windows 7, 64 bit, on a quad core
laptop. It just worked well for me. I have never used anything else.
My apologies for causing discord, I was only trying to help.
Kindest regards,
Melissa

I just love your positivity.
Thank goodness some people thought disability rights were worth fighting
