Hi Melissa, I think accessibility & usability are getting confused here so maybe you can't help clarify this. Do you run Trend Micro using the default settings? If you wanted to make a change to the default settings i.e: tell the program to allow certain cookies or ignore particular files / folders, would you have to use the Jaws cursor to access the menues to make changes to the default settings? This is just a couple of examples of the many accessibility questions people are having about using the program. HTH Take care. Mike Global warming?
