From your description, I believe you're doing it the right way,
actually. you must first enter on the FSCast, otherwise you have to
subscribe to the podcast using your browser's RSS or a pod-catcher like
Juice. (In iTunes you would know.)

I am using internet explorer latest build. Now freedom says rite click

the show and you can save it well I tried it but it took me to another
window. Where you could do something with the windows tiles. I
entered on
it then only then I saw the link to save the fscast. The application

does the same thing before entering. Oh yes I am using window 7 I
forgot to
mention it. What settings do I need to change to get to work with out
entering on the fs cast.
