Rick, My version of Outlook 2007 has the traditional menus. If others don't I'd be interested in knowing that for I do have that persistent problem where Jaws 14 does not read html emails correctly. Thanks, Greg

Hi Greg, Doesn't this version of Outlook have ribbons, not menus? Try this. With Outlook 2007 open: 1. Hit alt plus t to open the tools menu 2. On the tools menu go to options and hit enter. 3. Tab to email options and hit enter or spacebar 4. Tab to advanced email options and hit spacebar to open 5. Then tab to the option that says when sending an email message suggest names when completing to, cc and bcc fields. 6. Make sure it is checked if it is not 7. Then tab to OK and hit spacebar That should do it. Good luck. Do you have the check box check for use auto complete list to suggest names when typing in the to, cc, and bcc lines which can be found in the backstage/mail options? -----Original Message----- From: JAWS-Users-List [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of jim rawls Sent: Tuesday, October 15, 2013 5:58 PM To: [email protected] Subject: [JAWS-Users] outlook 2007 is not automatically filling in the name as I send a message to a contact. How do I get it to do that? I'm running outlook 2007, windows 7 home premium, and jaws 15, beta 3 on a 64 bit machine.
