Are you talking about jaws 15?
with Jaws 14
insert v brings up quick settings center and say all is there
you can either get there with down arrow or s several times as it is
alphabetical

Hay there, i just updated jaws , and can't find where you can change the
voice that is used for say all.
i went to the jaws window, and pressed alt-o, then v for voices.
didn't see the say all option in there, that's usually where it is.
