Hi The count of upgrades remaining in the JAWS About dialog is really telling you what's the latest version of JAWS you can run. So if you are running JAWS 14, and the latest version that is authorized is 15, the number of upgrades will be one. But if you then start JAWS 12, the number of upgrades available will be 3. Also when you purchase a SMA, you have to update your authorization key from the JAWS Help menu to show the new versions available in the about dialog.
