nope I'm using windows 7 running jaws 11.0.1476 guess I should've included

If you have Windows 8 just press your Windows key and start typing Skydrive
(one word). When you hear it announced press the application key and on the
command bar use right arrow key until you find the uninstall option. Press
enter key and follow any prompts.

I need to delete my desktop skydrive app and reinstall it because it is not
working properly. I found that on a microsoft site. but I can’t find the
skydrive app in the uninstall programs. can I uninstall it file by file
because I can get the location of skydrive. would that be the same as
uninstalling if I just delete the files?
