Hey Smith,
After I Shift + tab, then you should hear MESSAGE.
Then use your right arrow to find what attachment you want to open and
enter.
Or Press the insert key + V and check the list, maybe something has to be
checked.

?For a friend using jaws 14, windows 7 and Outlook 2010
She is unable to view her list of attachments.
She shift tabs from within the body message and lands on the list of
attached attachments but when she arrows up or down to see each one jaws
just loses focus. Jaws is announcing one of three attachments but a sighted
person as well as my blind friend only find 2. Arrowing right and left on
the list seems to do a bit better but all is a bit hit and miss.
Please can anyone advise how we can read this list correctly.
