Hello: Try the following steps: 1. Press your windows key to bring up the start screen. 2. type in default programs. 3. After locating the result that says default programs, press enter. 4. Now tab to a link that will say set your default programs and press enter. 5. Tab to the list view of programs, press w until you arrive to windows media player. 6. Tab until you arrive to the button which says set this program as default and press space bar. 7.
