Use Jaws key plus z to turn off the virtual cursor. 3. Tab until you reach the unmute button. It is important to know that you have to tab quite a few times until you get there. 5. When you get to the unmute button, use the up arrow to turn the volume up again. You will hear all kinds of stuff spoken but the sound of the video should increase in volume. The important thing is to turn off the virtual cursor before following the other steps and turn it on again afterwards. This worked for me.
