Using the Jaws cursor allows you to navigate the screen and read its contents by using the up and down arrow keys. As someone else said then when you land on a item that Malwarebyte has identified you can press the application key and choose delete all from that menu. that will remove all the items Malwarebytes has found.

To do that press the minus button on the keyboard's number pad. Pressing the plus button will take you back to using the PC cursor.
