Hi Again Judy,

You can download either of Vipre's suites & try them for a free 30 day trial
period to take them for a test drive. To get a download authorization
email from Vipre, you'll need to solve an audio captcha. Listen very close,
& it's doable. The captcha kind of sounds like me after too much time on
the iBarstool! LOL, hahaha hahaha hahaha, LOL

Take care.

Hi Judy,

This was my 2ยข worth yesterday. LOL LOL

Hi Rich,

I decided on Vipre by listening to others using it & that it is also highly
rated, if not #1, by Consumer Reports magazine. i like the program very
much & find it very Jaws friendly. There are some instances that you need
to route the Jaws cursor to the PC cursor & use the left mouse click button,
particularly in the Scan Settings tab / page to chec & uncheck some scan
settings preferences. If you have a home network you will need to make some
changes in the Vipre Firewall. I'm still learning my way around the program
but, all in all I like it very much. Website link below:

They have 2 different versions. Vipre AntiVirus & Vipre Internet Security.
The Internet Security is the AntiVirus program plus other added features
that you can read about on their website. We're running the Vipre Internet
Security suite.
HTH
Take care.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Vipre anti-virus

Hi, recently I did read one email in which the person said they used Vipre
anti virus and it worked well with Jaws. I apologize if there were other
posts about Vipre, but going by the subject line they got deleted. I have
heard it is very good and would appreciate anyone using it to give their
input about its accessibility with JAWS. Feel free to write to me directly
if this is something that has been covered already so as to not put it on
the list again. Thanks. Judy & Tallie [email protected]
