Thanks, can you use the scroll lock as a modifier as well? You seem to need to press it twice before JAWS announces Scroll lock?

I think not. The CAPSLOCK is reserved for a possible jaws KEY. AFAIK, the modifier must be either alt+ctrl, shift+ctrl, alt+shift, or
alt+shift+ctrl
