Hi Sugar. Don't worry, you are not being a bug, that's the reason we are all on this list; to give help as well as receive it. First! I am using JAWS 14 on Win7 and Outlook 2007. While in my inbox and with no emails open I press the alt key and arrow down (or up) and I find the option Work Off Line. If you are using a version later than outlook 2007 then you might find the option in the Send/receive section but I'm not sure which tab that will be in, . you will have to explore and try and find it. If you are using Outlook 2007 or earlier then you should find it in the file menu. Another way to try and go off line is to launch internet explorer and the same option is in the file menu there, see if that works. Walter.
