Hi Mike, on windows 8 or 8.1, one way of getting to the settings stuff is to: 1. press windows key to go to the start screen. 2. type in Jaws. 3. Arrow down till you get to utilities - Jaws 14 or 15, and press enter. 4. File explorer opens at a folder which contains shortcuts to settings and so on.
David. original message: Hi In earlier versions of Windows, you could access the user and shared settings from the JAWS start menu sub-menu. Now with Windows 8, there's no start menu. So is there a simple way to access these settings, or do you have to just navigate down through the folders? Thanks.
