  Go to the Control Panel

Select Ease of Access to enter the Ease of Access Center.

choose "Make the computer easier to see".

Uncheck the boxes for Turn on Narrator and Turn on Audio Description under
Hear text and descriptions read aloud.

Click Save and close the Control Panel. After restarting your computer the
Microsoft Narrator will no longer voice.

  Subject: [JAWS-Users] Narrator

  Good Morning Yall,

A friend of mine here in Dallas is in a bit of a jam. His dad is helping him
try to figure out how to get window's narrator to stop coming back on and
thus preventing hearing jaws, this is on a window's 7 laptop, can anyone
  please advise?

  Thanks,

  Trish
