How or what do they need to do to correct this so I can access their site?

I told them at church today the problem, asked them to provide a link for
accessibility and have that link be HTML, so guess they will, I say pretty
sad when a member can't access the church's web site. I know it's that
Google Crome something, cause I wanted on a newsletter and couldn't join due
to a capthcia.

Too little detail there. What is the URL of the Web site? It could be
written in Flash, which is often inaccessible.
