This is very interesting information here, I do believe I have this exact issues you have stated here, my ISP is coming here today to address this modem which keeps skipping out on me and I have to run window's diagnostic to reset the wireless adapter and get back online. They did ping it and found issues. I never thought that could cause Jaws to stop speaking too, thanks for this info..
