You really don't have much choice. If IE 11 isn't working for you, then the only other JAWS accessible browser you can try is Firefox. The accessibility of Google Chrome with JAWS is questionable.

List, I use Merrill lynch-Bank of America for my investments and there is a
unresolved issue for many who are using IE11.  After trying some possible
fixes, the only alternative right now is for me to use another browser that
is compatible with Jaws.

Ideally a jaws friendly browser that is easy to use.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
