Hello Steven,

Select the text that you want to make into an autotext entry and then use
Alt key with function key 3.  If you want to use the defaults of the
resulting dialog box, (which include adding the entry to the Normal template
so it is available in all new documents based on that template and using the
autotext gallery) press enter key to create the autotext entry.  To use the
autotext entry type in the first few characters of the autotext entry and
press function key 3.
