Hi,
First, SELECT and COPY all of the text in your Word document to the clipboard. Then, You need to format your email msg as HTML. You can do this by: opening a new message (For example); then before you type anything there press ALT-O, r. (This give you what OE calls "Rich Text/HTML".) After you've don that, you can type in your To: Address, etc., and Subject line, in the appropriate fields. Then, In the message body, when you've typed your greeting et al., you can PASTE the contents of the clipboard.

Within the message You can explore options in the FORMAT menu, alt-o. The person receiving your email in conformance with RichText/HTML will see the headings if they were in your original document. (I don't know if you also will see them before sending, but you may. You would see them in the sent message in your Sent Items folder.) )

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Heading

Hey Gang,
I'm running OE, word 2003, and XP.
Can someone tell me how to put headings in an email.
So all I have to do is press H to get to what I want to read, because the document is to long that I'm putting in an email, and there is some stuff I
want to skip over.
Thanks for any help
Patti
