Try with the Print Screen key, which takes a snapshot of the screen; (this key is to the right of F12, the first of the row-of-3 keys on the standard keyboared). Then try with JAWS OCR. Results may still not be great.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] OCR Scanning Images

Hello friends,

I often receive error messages which are .bmp or .jpeg images.
Can anyone tell me the best way to deal with these with JAWS and the OCR scanning function as I don't seem to have very much success. I open them in windows picture and fax viewer or paint then use insert plus space bar, o and then s to scan but I don't seem to have much of a result.
Is there a better way of doing this please?

Many thanks in anticipation,
