I wrote mine with notepad and just linked the pages with what are called
relative links to test it out. Not to be confused with absolute links to
list just a couple of terms you will need to know in setting up a web site.

Hi all:

Just wondering if there is an accessible tool on Windows for creating a
local host server?

Basically, I want to be able to develop websites and test them locally and I
know you can do this with several tools, I just don't know about any of
these accessibility wise.

I'm running JFW 15 on Windows 8.
