Hi.
If you try to use the app Windows 8 mail, it is correct that it is'nt
possible to setup a pop3 account.
Download Windows Live Essensials instead, and use Windows Live Mail, and it
will work.

My son-in-law just purchased a new computer. He is trying to get his pop 3
email to download into his computer. He keeps getting a message that win 8
