Yes, I realize I can use the f2 to switch to edit to read the formula but in
office 2010 is there another way to perform this task? I don't have my
Braille Display at the moment but I thought the formula use to appear when I
entered the cell area.

In Excel 2007 the F2 key will take you into an edit field where you can edit
the formula and jawskey+control+F2 will allow Jaws to speak the formula.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] excel 2010 and reading a formula

A friend sent me an excel document. I am using, ms excel 2010, jaws v15 and
windows seven. How do I get jaws to say the actual formula instead of just
saying has formula. If I use the edit f2 key I can then read the formula
that way.
