hello try; Turn on or off automatic formatting options 1. Choose the File tab. 2. Choose Options. 3. Choose Mail. 4. Under Compose messages, choose Editor Options. 5. Under AutoCorrect Options, choose AutoCorrect Options. 6. Choose the AutoFormat As You Type tab. 7.
