Hi, As far as I can tell from how you are describing things to me, you are running the Remady system on a Citrix server. This would mean that if JAWS is to work in this application, you would need JAWS installed on the Citrix server that the application is running on. I use JAWS all the time with RDP to my laptop but a Citrix application needs a little more work and I have never managed to make the time and work with our Server Team to test this. I am sure that Freedomscientific will also be able to help you with this. You will need the Remote Access part of JAWS adding to your serial number as well, I am assuming that you already have this as it sounds as if you are able to use RDP.
