I use Outlook 2010 as my e-mail client and Win. 7. I have tried many approaches and have not been able to fix this problem yet.
I have determined that if I start a new message, it goes out in black. However, if I reply to a message, it goes out in blue. Thanks in advance for your help in directing me how to change this blue to black on all outgoing e-mail replies and new messages.
