Brian, your directions were masterful. I cannot thank you enough and the patience of others. Finally, I got lucky, was able to okay everything properly and now, even after reboot, all print is in black which has been my goal. Thanks always and Happy New Year!

Use down arrow key to the Mail options. 3. Use Alt+F for Stationary and fonts. 4. Tab to the "Pick a new color when replying or forwarding" checkbox and if it is checked use spacebar to remove the checkmark. 5. Use Alt+O to activate the dialog box for reply's and forwards. 6. Tab to the list of colors and use the down arrow key to make your choice. You can also use down arrow key until the "more colors" button is selected and press spacebar if the color you want to use is not in the list. By doing so you can check the RGB value for your choice to see how it matches with the RGB value for new messages. 7. Use the OK button to close all the open dialog boxes. Take care. I have tried many approaches and have not been able to fix this problem yet. I have determined that if I start a new message, it goes out in black. However, if I reply to a message, it goes out in blue. Thanks in advance for your help in directing me how to change this blue to black on all outgoing e-mail replies and new messages.
